Terms of Service

- You must be 18+ to place an order.
- I don't bite, but please keep communication related to the commission.
- To communicate with me, contact me through Gmail, Discord, or through Bluesky. If you're contacting me through Discord, know that you will be removed from the friends list once the order is complete.
- If you have any follow up questions related to the order, just reach out to me again through Gmail.
- I will not tolerate rude communication. If red flags are being raised, the order will be declined.- The length of time it'll take to complete a piece may fluctuate due to a number of factors. I can at least ensure the commission will be finished within 3-8 weeks once it's officially started unless otherwise stated.
- You must provide me with references of what you're asking me to draw for both characters & environments when requested. A fully rotatable character model sheet is ideal, but don't worry if you only have a few angles. Just be prepared to share details that might not be visible in the references if any.
- You will receive updates as I make my way through the commission. The time it'll take for you to receive an update may also fluctuate due to a number of factors.
- At maximum, you are allowed three changes free of charge within reason if any are needed as the commission is worked on. If more are requested after the three are used up, charges will be estimated & applied. Requesting easily fixable mistakes I may have made, such as forgetting a character detail, are free.- I still hold ownership rights to the artwork. You are allowed to repost, and use for personal things such as icons or banners as long as there is credit. You cannot use the artwork for commercial purposes - reselling, using it for media you're creating, etc.
- I do not accept gift commissions, nor do I accept commissions with a specific deadline.
- There is a chance I'll include commission work in my portfolio. Please keep this in mind before ordering.
- Do NOT use my work for AI software of any kind.
- I'm not responsible for any clients I've done business with. I'm not an encylopedia on people.
- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason, as well as not give my reason for declining.

Payment

- When I have accepted your order, I will send an invoice through SquareUp. You will not need an account to pay.- I will not start the commission until payment has been made. At the moment, I do not accept refunds. Keep this in mind before placing an order.- To cover invoicing costs, a 3% processing fee will be included in the order.- SquareUp is available to: US, Canada, Japan, Australia, UK, Republic of Ireland, France, and Spain.

Commissions

- Complex designs & props will be on the pricier side.- Don't be afraid to provide me a thumbnail if you're struggling to describe a composition! I work better with clear instructions, and that can include visuals.- By commissioning me, you understand that I'll be translating a design into my own style which may result in simplifying details. As long as you understand that, I will still work to be as accurate as possible.
